Sophie has been living with an inoperable tumor that was diagnosed in 2016. Along with her parents and big sister, she spent 4 days on a dude ranch adventure with Upper Canyon Outfitters exploring the Ruby Valley, checking out Virginia City, and spending as much time as possible riding and spending time with the horses.
